A little less than a month ago, I and my friend Eden decided to tag along after shift. She convinced me to take a bus ride home and we passed Venice Piazza, McKinley. While walking, I noticed a newly opened store, Quiznos Sandwich restaurant.
We both agreed to grab a bite before we head home. At first, we were actually curious on how to order, good thing the store’s team lead was there to help us out.
After a few days, I returned with my 2 colleague – friends Glenn and Hazel. I invited them to try this new sandwich hub find across the office.
Since they support my blogging career lol, we shared slices of our sandwiches.
Zesty Grilled Steak
Steak, all natural mozzarella, cheddar, sautéed onion, mushroom, zesty grille sauce and honey mustard.
I actually loved the load of my sandwich. The meat was well done and the flavours of cheese, beef and onions harmonized in my taste buds.
Road Beef, Chicken breast, ham, cheddar, black olives, lettuce, tomatoes and ranch.
This is also good; have to say i want to taste more from her plate hehe. The meat was tasty. The black olives added additional kick to the greens and made it more flavourful.
The Classic Italian
Capicola, Salami, ham, pepperoni, mozarella, lettuce. Black olive, tomatoes, red onion and white wine vinaigrette.
This sandwich is also fine. Capitola and mozzarellas’ saltiness complimented the white wine vinaigrette and tomatoes juiciness.
You can choose the bread of your choice;
Rosemary Parmesan (my favourite)
And Italian White
They also have a very delicious Sauce for their sandwiches and it’s really yummy! I actually wanted to have one at home 🙂 i loved it!!
As we cap off the afternoon, Ms. Anna was nice enough to allow me to take some photos even though she asked me to delete some of it due to their policy as she mentioned. She also said they have 11 branches in the metro and she enumerated some; McKinley Hill Piazza, Magnolia, Tomas Morato, Ayala, Shangri-La, Eastwood, BGC and Katipunan.
They also make sure that they serve the best sandwiches at their finest quality.
Location: 9 spoons
Since they are located across our office and they have enough seats for smoking peeps, I say its fair enough to give them this rating however, if it’s hot outside, they dont have any seats side the store.
Value for Money: 9 spoons
As Hazel and I agreed, its very reasonable. the sizes are just enough for yor hunger so no left overs and no bitin factor.
Food: 9 spoons
Since burger is my comfort food and its a sandwich, i did appreciate the taste of all the sandwiches we tried.
Employees: 10 spoons
The crew were very accomodating and i appreciate their smiles and services.
Overall: 9 spoons
