Ok, one more thing about me. i love to cook. i do experiment on pasta and some dishes using my very reliable rice cooker ehehe.
For breakfast this morning, i call my experiment Teriyaki cornedbeef with mushroom and baby potatoes!
1 can of Argentina corned beef ( 260 grams )
left over mushrooms ( i think it’s half a can )
half red onion ( minced )
3 garlic ( chopped )
approximately half a cup of oyster sauce
baby potatoes ( sliced )
8 table spoons of cooking oil
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper, basil, sage, lee kum kee chili paste, chili powder and sugar
Saute garlic and onion, add corned beef and mix for a few minutes. add the potatoes and mushroom. then i added the herbs and the oyster sauce. cook until the potatoes are cooked and soft.
as simple as that ehehe.
